Scan to Photos worked instantly, as expected, as did Scan to Email and Scan to Print.

Why it forgot the destination folders and remembered only two of the eight profiles I defined is a mystery. I set the folder and changed the application to None (Scan to File), and it’s back to working as expected.

Neither was perfect, but they got the job done.
